About the role
A well‑established organisation in the design and fit‑out sector is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Director to lead its commercial and sales strategy across the Middle East. The role involves shaping strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base while leading a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategy for the Middle East region.
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, developers, architects and contractors.
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales/commercial leadership experience within FF&E, fit‑out, design, lighting or related sectors.
- Established network across developers, architects, designers, contractors, fit‑out companies and end clients.
- Excellent leadership, commercial, communication and negotiation skills.
