Sales And Operations Manager Fire Fighting Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead the sales, delivery and coordination of fire fighting and fire protection projects. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships and ensuring projects are executed from enquiry to hand‑over while meeting design, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for fire fighting systems and related solutions.
• Identify opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, facility owners and government entities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, budgets and estimates.
• Lead negotiations, support contract award and oversee project mobilisation.
• Manage awarded projects through planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Coordinate fire pumps, sprinklers, hose reels, wet/dry risers, hydrants, tanks, standpipes and suppression systems.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Review shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, submittals, method statements and test plans.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements, fire codes and international standards.
• Resolve technical, commercial and site issues and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and operations within fire fighting or fire protection projects.
• Strong understanding of fire safety standards, codes and international regulations.
• Excellent client‑facing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines.
