Sales Assistant (Tech Focus) – Dubai Internet City

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai Internet City. The role supports the sales pipeline by handling inbound leads, generating outbound outreach, and bridging the gap between customers and our Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls/emails.
• Analyse customer needs to align solutions with expectations.
• Route qualified prospects to the appropriate Business Development Manager for further nurturing.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, creating copy and designing collateral.
• Use Python and SQL to analyse lead data, optimise outreach strategies and generate sales reports.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements such as APIs and system integration, translating them into business terms.
• Track opportunities in CRM tools and prepare regular sales analysis reports.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Motivation to grow in a technical account, business development or pre‑sales role.
