About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate and be the front‑line champion of customer service in a vibrant retail environment. You will help customers enjoy exceptional experiences while contributing to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets using creative approaches.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to upsell and cross‑sell.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Apply advanced selling skills to generate high‑value transactions and foster repeat business.
• Recommend, select and help locate merchandise, including items from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of industry experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
