Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor, assisting customers and ensuring a high level of satisfaction while driving sales performance. This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a tidy and secure retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and respond to their needs promptly in line with quality and service standards.
• Guide customers in product selection, provide advice, and suggest gift vouchers when appropriate.
• Continuously arrange and replenish shelves, keeping the shop floor clean and orderly.
• Monitor for security risks and theft, escalating incidents promptly to management.
• Conduct regular physical and electronic inventory checks according to company guidelines.
• Display received merchandise under the direction of the Merchandiser/Shop Manager and update price tags during promotions.
• Take measurements for alterations, assign prices from the price list, record them, and inform the tailor of any changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
• Team player with initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
