Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent R&B Fashion’s brand in Dubai, delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, promoting the loyalty program, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Follow the GUEST selling method (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock layout according to standards.
• Handle the POS system, process cash, credit card, voucher and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Manage cash till at the start and end of shifts, issue receipts, refunds and change.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate stock reports.
• Ensure security and loss‑prevention policies are followed at all times.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed and professional appearance at all times.
• Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts and overtime during peak periods.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge of the brand’s fashion lines.
• Attention to detail and vigilance regarding store security.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sales figures.
