Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Dubai store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide product information, alternatives, and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the store’s product range, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished according to visual standards and keep the store tidy.
• Handle stock processes such as receiving, price tagging, storing, and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, processing sales, returns, and cash/card transactions accurately.
• Participate in team meetings, sales huddles, and product knowledge sessions, communicating feedback to the store manager.
