Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

Delvaux, the world’s oldest luxury leather goods house, is seeking a Sales Associate for its boutique in Dubai. As a brand ambassador you will welcome, advise and retain both local and international customers while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers, providing personalized service to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Commercial Director.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise to meet customer demand.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and hospitality.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Provide feedback on sales performance, customer profiles and product trends to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong passion for the brand.
