Sales Associate (UAE National)

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent Apparel Group’s brands in a Dubai store, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will ensure the store meets visual and operational standards while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers and promote repeat sales through the loyalty program.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock layout according to guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till accurately.
• Record inventory movements and ensure stock loss is minimized.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, SOPs, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods and overtime as needed.

Required profile

• UAE national with a presentable, well‑groomed appearance.
• Strong product knowledge of the group’s brands.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime.
• Attention to detail and vigilance regarding store security.
