Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

MotaDeal is looking for a proactive Sales Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition for its integrated growth and creative agency. This pure new‑business role requires you to own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target brands and companies that fit MotaDeal’s integrated offering.
• Build and maintain an active prospect pipeline with consistent follow‑up.
• Lead outreach via email, LinkedIn, referrals and industry events to generate qualified meetings.
• Develop tailored pitch decks and credential presentations for each prospect.
• Conduct discovery meetings, understand client objectives and position MotaDeal’s services.
• Negotiate and close new business agreements, coordinating with creative and strategy teams.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance prospecting efficiency.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide structured updates to leadership.
• Represent MotaDeal at industry events, networking forums and client meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising, creative, digital or media agency.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the UAE market.
• Strong English communication skills.
