Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are launching a premium scent and fragrance brand in the UAE and need a dynamic Sales Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth across hotels, corporate offices, government entities, retail and facility‑management partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B accounts in the hospitality, corporate, government and retail sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with procurement, facilities, engineering, housekeeping and senior management teams.
• Conduct on‑site visits, product demonstrations and assessments to tailor fragrance solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Generate recurring revenue through fragrance refills, servicing and maintenance contracts.
• Develop strategic partnerships with facility‑management firms and channel partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system and achieve monthly/annual targets.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in aroma diffusers, scenting systems or related air‑freshening solutions.
• Established network within hotels, hospitality groups, facility‑management companies, corporate or institutional buyers.
• Proven record of acquiring new accounts and closing deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly proactive, target‑driven and comfortable with frequent field visits.
• UAE driving licence preferred; Arabic language skills are a plus.
