Sales Business Development Manager – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Business Development Manager to drive new‑logo acquisition across the UAE market. The role focuses on identifying, pursuing and closing enterprise opportunities in key industry verticals, leveraging deep market knowledge and a strong network of CXO‑level contacts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure for new accounts in the UAE.
• Design and execute acquisition strategies targeting sectors such as BFSI, retail, energy and the public sector.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
• Engage CXO‑level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position HCL TechBee solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and solution teams to develop winning proposals.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
• Monitor competition, market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or hunting experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
• Proven track record of new‑business acquisition in the UAE, with a strong network of enterprise clients.
• Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI or managed services solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to close multi‑million USD deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
