About the role

Join Betterhomes as a Sales Consultant, focusing on sales and leasing of residential properties in Dubai. You will work within a high‑performing team, collaborating with top agents to match clients with their dream homes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the brokerage.
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the dedicated Client Partnership team to secure hot listings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a high‑performing environment (real estate, car sales, recruitment, etc.) or high‑end service industry (cabin crew, luxury retail).
• Fluent English communication.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive yet supportive setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
