Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive automotive sales for Al Fahim Group’s retail customers in Abu Dhabi, aiming to meet annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospect qualification to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the defined sales procedure to close deals and achieve monthly targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Qualify buyers, present suitable vehicle models, explain features, and overcome objections to secure sales.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to retain customers and generate repeat business.
• Promote finance and insurance products to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and vehicle information in the Dealer Management system and Autoline Database.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing and promotions, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Prepare weekly plans and activity reports for the Sales Supervisor.

Required profile

• Secondary school certificate, diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, with at least one year in automotive sales; luxury‑car experience preferred.
