Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our luxury bridal and evening‑wear boutique in Dubai. The role involves guiding high‑net‑worth clients through the selection, fitting and purchase of bespoke gowns, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify customers and understand their design preferences and budget.
• Present suitable dresses, discuss design options and provide expert advice.
• Record customer details, wedding information and dress specifications in the CRM.
• Schedule and coordinate fittings, ensuring production team preparation.
• Manage payments, follow‑ups and timely delivery of dresses.
• Handle client requests, complaints and day‑of‑wedding confirmations.
• Track alteration schedules and ensure completion before delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and generate sales reports using Excel and Outlook.
• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a high‑end fashion or luxury bridal brand.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of luxury fashion, bridal wear and high‑end retail.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage detailed client requirements.
