Sales Consultant – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our award‑winning real‑estate team in Dubai. You will work closely with clients, landlords and sellers to facilitate property transactions and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals and list properties in the Reapit CRM system.
• Qualify clients, arrange viewings and act as a negotiator to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, fostering trust and transparency.
• Keep accurate records of properties, clients and owners.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for real estate and a desire to expand knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative, proactive and energetic attitude.

Required skills

• Experience using the Reapit CRM platform.
