Sales Consultant – Retail

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to promote our training courses to prospective clients in Abu Dhabi. You will be the main point of contact, guiding prospects from initial inquiry through enrollment while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated via marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to individual needs.
• Research client training needs to adapt the sales approach effectively.
• Identify new opportunities for course enhancements based on feedback and market trends.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
