Sales Consultant – Training

About the role

As a Sales Consultant – Training you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting Blue Ocean's training programmes and converting leads into enrolled students. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s training products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, answering questions about courses, schedules and benefits.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Research client training needs to tailor the sales approach.
• Identify opportunities to enhance course offerings based on feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation.
