Sales Consultant Vans

About the role

The Sales Consultant Vans will drive sales of vans and buses to retail and fleet customers, aiming to meet monthly and annual targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the defined sales procedure to qualify buyers, present suitable models, and close sales.
• Conduct post‑sale follow‑up to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Promote finance and insurance products where appropriate.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in line with the company CSI guidelines and Mercedes‑Benz standards.
• Keep the Autoline Dealer Management System up to date with accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing and promotions.
• Prepare and submit weekly plans, activity reports and issue‑resolution updates for the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Secondary School Education Certificate; a diploma in business, mechanical or a related field is preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory or order management within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service standards.
