Sales Coordinator – Emirati Talent

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join its Abu Dhabi team. Based at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi, you will support the sales department by handling all administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and type sales team offer letters and ensure they are reviewed before signature.
• Update and maintain the sales database, guaranteeing data accuracy.
• Compose letters, memos, faxes and other correspondence on behalf of the Director of Sales and senior executives.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries in the absence of the sales team, routing urgent matters appropriately.
• Maintain a prompt follow‑up and trace system for all communications.
• Ensure month‑end sales reports are completed and submitted on time.
• Dispatch all sales correspondence and offers within 24 hours.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring proper functionality.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent.
• At least one month of relevant sales or administrative experience.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an asset.
• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.

Required skills

• Computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
