Sales Coordinator – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at SO/ Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. You will provide essential administrative support, ensure smooth client communication, and help drive the sales process in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and client presentations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, delivering information and follow‑up.
• Maintain client data, leads, and activity logs in the PMS system, ensuring data integrity.
• Compile sales data and generate performance reports, lead conversion metrics, and client feedback.
• Organise documentation related to sales activities, events, and promotional materials.
• Support the planning and logistics of site inspections, trade shows, and other sales events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align client requirements with service delivery.
• Ensure all communications and documentation comply with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within hospitality or a service‑oriented industry.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Property Management System (PMS) platforms.
