Sales Coordinator – Ironmongery / Building Materials

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our ironmongery and building‑materials business in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role involves managing customer enquiries, processing quotations and orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Process sales orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Check product availability, pricing and lead times.
• Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right items.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE work experience in sales coordination, indoor sales or sales administration.
• Experience in ironmongery, architectural hardware, building materials, construction or fit‑out environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow‑up skills.
• Must currently reside in Dubai and be able to commute reliably to Al Quoz.

Required skills

• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and general computer applications.
