Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries and turn them into successful bookings at our Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai. The role involves client communication, proposal preparation, site visits and coordination with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.
• Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.

Required profile

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, positive and team‑oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
