Sales Coordinator - Receptionist

About the role

CARS24 Arabia is looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who will also manage front‑desk operations in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth vehicle deliveries and providing high‑quality service throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer vehicle deliveries, verify documentation, and ensure a seamless hand‑over.
• Manage front‑desk activities, greet visitors, answer inquiries, and maintain a professional reception area.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, follow‑ups, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep processes efficient and on schedule.
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously, especially during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
• Experience in sales coordination, front‑desk, or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency with standard software tools; a UAE driver’s licence is a plus but not mandatory.
