About the role
The Sales Coordinator will support Galadari Brothers' automotive and car‑rental divisions by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring smooth execution of rental bookings. This role bridges the sales, operations and fleet teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers on rental enquiries, bookings, quotations and vehicle availability.
- Prepare quotations, rental agreements and all required documentation.
- Liaise with sales, operations and fleet teams to allocate and deliver vehicles on time.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and customer information.
- Follow up with customers and assist the sales team in meeting business targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, car rental, automotive or customer service.
- Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
