Sales Director OTC – Middle East

About the role

Ripple is expanding its OTC liquidity business and is looking for a Sales Director to lead the Middle East market. This senior, quota‑carrying position sits at the intersection of Ripple’s trading desk and institutional clients, driving the sourcing, qualification, and closing of OTC transactions across spot, derivatives, and digital‑asset liquidity products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the regional OTC pipeline, targeting institutional FX desks, treasury operations, crypto‑native firms, and digital‑asset funds.
• Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to term‑sheet negotiation and deal closure, meeting quarterly booking targets.
• Develop high‑impact account plans that prioritize top‑value counterparts and convert interest into active trading relationships.
• Serve as the primary interface between external clients and Ripple’s internal OTC desk, translating client needs into executable trades.
• Collaborate closely with Ripple’s internal trading team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the Middle East institutional FX and digital‑asset ecosystem.
• Established network with relevant desks and decision‑makers in the region.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing high‑value OTC deals.
• Strong understanding of spot, derivatives, and digital‑asset liquidity products.
