About the role

Fireblocks is looking for a Sales Director to lead its payments business across the Middle East. You will drive growth in the blockchain payments sector, targeting payment service providers, cross‑border and remittance solutions.

Key responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the payments portfolio.
Collaborate with regional sales teams, sales engineers and the Payments product team to close deals.
Generate and qualify leads together with the BDR and GTM teams.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Conduct prospecting, territory and account planning to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate account and pipeline information in the Fireblocks CRM.

Required profile

Proven enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, preferably selling into the payments space.
Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
Experience in financial services, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency is preferred.
Ability to formalise and manage complex sales cycles.
