About the role

CrownX.E.L Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead revenue growth and client acquisition across its advisory services. Based in Dubai, you will shape the sales strategy, build high‑performing teams, and cultivate relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the firm’s advisory portfolio.
• Lead, motivate and manage a sales team of 5‑7 professionals to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines, set KPIs, and ensure consistent conversion rates.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion in the UAE real‑estate sector.
• Collaborate with advisory and investment teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Mentor team members, set performance targets, and continuously improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Ability to lead a team of 5‑7 sales professionals.
