Sales Director – Smart Parking Solutions

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the sales strategy and execution for smart parking solutions across India and selected international markets. This is a remote, contract position reporting to senior leadership and collaborating closely with operations and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and guide sales operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a geographically distributed sales team.
• Analyze market trends, contribute to pricing and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent HPIPL at virtual meetings, industry events, and partner discussions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales and business development with a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Demonstrated team‑management skills, especially with remote teams.
• Background in infrastructure, mobility, smart‑city or related sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
