Sales Engineer – Civil Engineering Background

About the role

NAFFCO is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to promote and sell architectural cladding systems across the UAE. The role focuses on driving sales of aluminium composite panels, aluminium cladding, façade systems and related building envelope solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for cladding and façade systems.
• Generate leads through consultants, architects, developers, contractors and façade specialists.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote aluminium cladding, ACP panels, insulated panels, rainscreen cladding, decorative panels and external wall systems.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical advice and recommend suitable cladding solutions.
• Prepare techno‑commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering background.
• Proven experience in sales of building envelope or façade solutions.
• Strong network with consultants, architects, contractors, developers and façade specialists.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aluminium composite panels, aluminium cladding, insulated panels and related façade systems.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Experience preparing techno‑commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
