Sales Engineer – Electrical Division

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join the Electrical Division in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on generating new business and promoting a range of electrical systems and solutions to clients in industrial, power, utilities, and oil & gas sectors across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the electrical market.
• Promote and sell electrical products, systems, and engineered solutions to clients.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and coordinate the design of suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with division management, marketing, and proposal engineers to create client‑specific proposals.
• Prepare and follow‑up on technical and commercial proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Support overall business development and sales growth for the division.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of sales experience in the UAE within electrical systems and solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution and control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Successful completion of the General Electrical Engineer Assessment Exam by TAQA (preferred).
