Sales Engineer - HVAC Retrofit

About the role

The Sales Engineer – Retrofit will report to the Associate Director of HVAC Service & Retrofit and will be based in Dubai. You will drive business growth for the Aftermarket division by selling retrofit contracts and expanding the HVAC portfolio across existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from the existing HVAC installation base and acquire new customers in the region.
• Conduct site audits, propose improvements, and develop retrofit solutions for clients.
• Create sales strategies, qualify opportunities, and prepare financial justifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate territory records, update sales tools, and forecast opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure effective service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage established accounts through regular contact and follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience selling HVAC retrofit solutions in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of closing retrofit contracts and growing equipment replacement business.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
