Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive new business across target industries in Dubai. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to showcase our AI‑driven automation solutions and close deals from prospecting to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, site visits and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, clearly articulating solution value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender documents in coordination with technical and operations teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for pre‑sales and post‑sales technical queries.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline visibility to management.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding after deal closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably with AI, automation or robotics products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
