Sales Engineer – Packaging Machinery & Automation Solutions

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of packaging machinery, industrial equipment and automation solutions across the GCC, is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive business development in the UAE. This position blends technical expertise with B2B sales acumen to help customers improve efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the UAE market.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Deliver technical presentations, equipment demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Analyse customer requirements and propose suitable machinery and automation solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate terms.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales or sales engineering.
• Background in packaging, industrial equipment, machinery, automation or manufacturing is preferred.
• Technical or engineering education is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, commercially driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence or ability to obtain one.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
