Sales Excellence Manager Apprentice (Tomoh Program)

About the role

The Sales Excellence Manager Apprentice will support business planning, sales programmes, and operational activities to boost seller productivity and business performance within Microsoft’s Tomoh program in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales leaders and stakeholders in implementing processes, tools, and initiatives that improve collaboration and customer engagement.
• Support the execution of sales strategy, rhythm of business, and account, territory, and partner planning.
• Participate in the onboarding and skilling bootcamp, obtaining Microsoft technical certifications.
• Contribute to on‑the‑job training activities, applying project management and change management concepts.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student eager to start a career in sales operations.
• Strong interest in sales productivity, business performance, and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
