Sales Executive – AI Enterprise Solutions

About the role

AllysAI is looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate and close new business for its AI‑native enterprise platform. You will work on‑site in Dubai, travelling across the UAE and GCC to meet prospects at events, conferences and client offices.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC through outbound outreach, inbound leads, events and referrals.
• Represent AllysAI at conferences, exhibitions (e.g., GITEX) and turn conversations into booked meetings.
• Conduct first‑meeting discovery calls to uncover client pain points and operational priorities.
• Prepare qualified meetings for the founders with detailed notes and context.
• Maintain a complete, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM, logging every contact and next step.
• Follow up persistently until a clear yes or no is obtained.
• Provide market feedback to help refine AllysAI’s offering.

Required profile

• Highly motivated to earn commission and willing to put in the work required.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa (or eligible for sponsorship).
• Fluent in Arabic and excellent in English, both spoken and written.
• Mobile, holding a UAE driving licence and able to travel across the Emirates.
• Very organized, tracking all activities and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Experience using a CRM platform such as HubSpot.
