Sales Executive – Cloud & Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing, result‑oriented Sales Executive to lead end‑to‑end sales initiatives for Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions and our portfolio of custom digital products in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring pipeline, consulting with C‑level executives, and closing strategic accounts across the UAE and the wider MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify enterprise leads for AWS cloud migration, infrastructure optimisation and managed services.
• Consult directly with technical decision‑makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of IT) to align cloud architecture with business goals.
• Position AWS solutions to address performance, security, scaling and cost‑efficiency challenges.
• Cross‑sell and upsell custom software, web, mobile and workflow solutions, leading discovery sessions and collaborating with internal technical teams on proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle – outbound prospecting, qualification, technical pitching, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across target industry segments and consistently exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and custom software solutions.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the UAE/Gulf region.
• Excellent consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset with high accountability for lead generation and revenue.

Required skills

• AWS services – EC2, S3, RDS, Serverless.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
