Sales Executive (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or a fresh graduate, you will play a key role in promoting our financial services and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound phone calls and introduce company products.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve performance bonuses and commission goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident, and target‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred; Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or English speaking candidates are favored.
• Freshers are welcome; prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
