About the role
The candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative selling approach. They will identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed established sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective closing techniques.
- Generate new business and expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Lead complex negotiations with senior-level executives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build strong rapport and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience within financial services or related sectors.
- Proven experience with CRM systems for managing leads, pipelines and customer interactions.
- Consistently over‑achieved sales quotas, demonstrating a strong results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective client presentations and negotiations.
