About the role
Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Sales Executive, driving revenue across local, domestic and international markets. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to exceed hotel revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the hotel brand, secure new contracts and maximise revenue for the property.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence and attend travel functions and sales roadshows.
- Organise sales trips and roadshows to showcase the resort to potential clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Pro‑active, self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
