Sales Executive – Home Automation

About the role

Casa Milano is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its growing Home Automation Division in Dubai. You will be the face of the brand, showcasing cutting‑edge smart‑home solutions in the showroom and travelling to client sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom with product demonstrations and tailored recommendations.
• Promote and sell home automation solutions, highlighting unique features and benefits.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings, providing on‑site support and technical advice.
• Develop strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product demonstrations.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home automation, smart‑home, or low‑current systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of home automation brands, products, and integration methods.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and showroom trips.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric approach.
