Sales Executive - Inside Sales (Property)

About the role

Bayut and dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, are looking for a Sales Executive for inside sales in property. The role suits a driven telephonic sales professional who closes deals regularly rather than making occasional field visits, building and maintaining large client portfolios while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
• Prospect customers from cold, warm and hot leads.
• Qualify prospects against product, service and company requirements.
• Discuss business challenges and proposed packages with prospects.
• Draft and send proposals by email with proper business etiquette.
• Record prospect details in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Give weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and feedback to sales management on improving the sales cycle, sales and company reputation.
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity.

Required profile

• High school or secondary school education.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Persuasive, tactful and results-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and meet daily call and closure targets.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus).
