Sales Executive & Interior Designer (Joinery)

About the role

Woodco Capital is seeking a motivated professional who can combine strong sales abilities with interior design expertise in the wooden joinery sector. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between client needs and the company’s design and production capabilities, ensuring high‑quality solutions and profitable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the joinery market.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements for kitchens, wardrobes, doors and other wood‑based installations.
• Prepare detailed design concepts, quotations and project proposals.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and delivered on time.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the wooden joinery industry.
• Demonstrated ability to sell design services and close contracts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to translate client needs into accurate designs and cost estimates.
