Sales Executive – Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

Southwings Interiors is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business in the UAE interior fit‑out and construction market. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships and closing projects across fit‑out, MEP, and authority approval services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals and online platforms.
• Promote fit‑out, interior, MEP and authority approval services to potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, property owners and other industry professionals.
• Coordinate with technical/estimation teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects from initial contact through project confirmation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction projects.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, quotations and sales activities.
• Ensure smooth handover to internal teams after sales closure.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in the UAE is preferred, but freshers may apply.
• Basic to good knowledge of the UAE construction and interior fit‑out market.
• Familiarity with Dubai authority approval processes is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new clients and projects through active business development.
• Experience handling both B2B and B2C clients.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Understanding of the UAE construction and interior fit‑out market.
• Familiarity with Dubai authority approval procedures.
