Sales Executive – IVS (Elevator Inspection)

About the role

The Sales Executive – IVS will drive revenue for Bureau Veritas in the UAE by promoting elevator, escalator and moving walkway inspection, testing, certification and lifecycle services. You will work closely with facility managers, developers and government entities to expand the client base and ensure compliance with EIAC/ENAS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet departmental revenue targets for inspection and testing services.
• Leverage existing relationships and prospect new opportunities with building owners, contractors and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical‑commercial proposals, quotations and follow up on collections.
• Participate in tenders, lead contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Inspection Engineers to tailor service offerings and coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Support account planning and growth strategies for facility‑management and developer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in elevators, vertical transportation or inspection/testing services.
• Existing network among facility managers, developers, contractors and asset owners in the UAE.
• Proven track record in business development, proposal preparation and tender documentation.
