Sales Executive

About the role

SureSpace is a curated social platform that connects professionals through vetted communities and real‑world experiences. We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, engage prospective members, and turn them into active participants in our events and community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with inbound leads from paid ads, referrals and organic channels.
• Contact prospective members promptly via call and WhatsApp after they enter the pipeline.
• Conduct short qualification conversations to assess fit for the SureSpace community.
• Recommend relevant SureSpace experiences based on each prospect’s interests.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed event attendees and active members.
• Maintain an organised CRM pipeline with clear stages from lead to attendance.
• Test and iterate sales scripts, WhatsApp messages, follow‑ups and event propositions.
• Record common objections and provide structured feedback to the founder.
• Help refine SureSpace’s positioning, messaging and sales process.

Required profile

• Confident and personable communicator comfortable speaking to new people.
• Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events, memberships or community building.
• Strong organisational discipline for lead follow‑up and pipeline management.
• Ability to identify patterns in customer conversations and focus on quality over call volume.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage startup where processes evolve quickly.
• Fluent written and spoken English and familiarity with Dubai’s professional/social landscape.
