Sales Executive

About the role

Fever is seeking a Sales Executive for its Dopamine Land venue in Dubai. The role focuses on B2B sales for special events, group bookings and private experiences, handling the full sales cycle from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales inquiries for Dopamine Land Dubai.
• Conduct customer calls and emails, guiding prospects from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, corporate events and private sessions.
• Deliver personalized customer care aligned with Fever’s high service standards.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting processes and help define performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent communication and optimise visitor experience.
