Sales Executive

About the role

Arab Gate Group is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to expand its client base in the freight forwarding sector. You will work closely with customers across sea, air, and land logistics, delivering tailored shipping solutions that meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients such as companies, traders, and factories, presenting the company’s freight services.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to discuss offers, pricing, and service options.
• Prepare accurate price quotations in coordination with the Operations department.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports and track potential leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customs teams to guarantee smooth shipment execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight or logistics sales.
• Strong knowledge of land, sea, and air shipping types and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Energetic, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Indian nationality.
