About the role
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest‑focused sales service and driving business growth through proactive outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and maintain relationships with defined accounts through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and entertainment events.
- Maintain high hotel exposure by executing direct sales activities and covering the full portfolio of accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by implementing action plans, negotiating contracts, and maximizing up‑selling opportunities.
- Prepare corporate offer letters, yearly contracts and other business correspondence.
- Provide market feedback on competition, trends and changing conditions.
Required profile
- Degree in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
- Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong computer proficiency and flawless command of English.
- Ability to work independently while promoting the brand image.
