Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Marriott International’s Sales & Marketing team in Dubai, providing frontline support for guest inquiries, reservations and revenue‑driving sales activities. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, up‑selling hotel products and maintaining strong guest loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and problems, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty, including up‑selling and offering complimentary rewards.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions, reservations, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter guest and rewards information accurately into Marriott’s reservation system.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing such as filing, emailing, typing and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance and protect confidential information.
• Provide courteous guest interactions, anticipate needs and thank guests sincerely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or customer‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Arabic speaking ability preferred.
• No specific license or certification required.
